CPMA Sample Config

    Quake 3 Promode autoexec centred around the cursor keys, with inbuilt item timing script and custom hud

    • Press / on the keypad for help with the timer.
    • r switches between network conditions, (e.g. lan, europe to usa and gtv streams)
    • ' switches between playing and spectating graphics modes, and F9 switches to vertex mode for lower spec computers.
    • Weapon binds as follows;

    Pummel on SHIFT
    Machine gun on DELETE
    Shotgun on MIDDLE MOUSE
    Grenade launcher on PAGE DOWN
    Rocket Launcher on ENTER
    Lightning gun on MOUSE WHEEL DOWN
    Railgun on KEYPAD 0
    Plasma gun on MOUSE WHEEL UP
    BFG on MOUSE BUTTON 4

    • r_mode and r_displayRefresh will set to your desktop preferences automatically.

    To Install: Unzip the archive using folder names into the CPMA directory. Opening the file and altering the lines featuring ChangeMe allows you to set your name, short name and server name.

   
Challenge Quake 3 1.46 (Win32)
    The latest CPMA-approved build of Quake 3. This is an alternative to quake3.exe offering improved FPS, fixes and no Punkbuster nonsense. Steam and normal quake3.exe files can be left as they are and used as normal. CMPA 1.45 or higher must be used with this version of Challenge Quake 3. (ZIP Archive: 556 KB)
    To Install: Unzip the archive into the main Quake 3 directory.
   
CPMA 1.48 (no maps)
    Latest official release of CPMA. All the CPM Map Packs are required. Players and server admins will need to download this file. (ZIP Archive: 8,045 KB)
    To Install: Unzip the archive using folder names into the main Quake 3 directory.
   
CPMA Map Collection
    This zip file contains all the maps necessary to play Challenge ProMode Arena (CPMA). Players and server admins will need to download this file. (ZIP Archive: 116 MB)
